wound care

vna wound careAt VNA Homecare, we believe the safe and effective treatment of wounds for those requiring home care should be a top priority. That’s why we’ve created one of the most effective, comprehensive wound care programs in the state.

Wounds that aren’t treated properly take a much longer time to heal and can cause other health concerns for patients, like infections, hospitalizations, and even death. Our program has been developed to provide the safe and effective treatment of wounds including, but not limited to, ulcers, burns, pressure sores, open surgical sites, fistulas, tube sites and tumor erosion sites.

VNA Homecare will assess each wound patient on an individual basis, and apply the best care possible for the specific condition. We will collaborate with your physician and other providers closely, and we’ll educate you on self-care, so we can help you heal as quickly and fully as possible.

For more information on VNA Homecare’s wound care program, please call us at 315-477-HOME or contact us today, and one of our caring, friendly representatives will be happy to assist you.
