Good nutrition is an important component of being able to safely stay in your home. At VNA Homecare, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to prepare the meals you need to help you stay healthy. And, receiving the proper nutrition is especially important to patients who may be living with illnesses such as cancer, diabetes or HIV/AIDS.
VNA Homecare can help by coordinating Meals on Wheels for you if you need assistance with meals in order to stay at home. Meals on Wheels is a service for individuals that may have difficulty cooking for themselves. These meals are delivered to the home on a daily basis and can be prepared to accommodate most dietary needs.
To learn more about how we can help coordinate a Meals on Wheels program for you, please call VNA Homecare at 315-477-HOME (TTY/TDD: 711).
