They’ll provide you with an enhanced education program to promote self-care and adherence to medication and dietary needs. You’ll receive instruction in the diabetes disease process, blood glucose self-monitoring, foot and eye care, exercise, diet, hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia, medications and other appropriate intervention.
